Regulations and Manuals

  1. The Support Ticket system is intended for users in order that tracking cases and reporting problems to the staffs more easily and conveniently.
  2. Please completely and truly enter the details of the problems and any contact information to make it easier to check and reply from the staffs.
  3. After users have filled in the details and submit the Ticket, the staffs will solve and reply to users within 48 hours (except Saturday, Sunday and public holiday).
  4. Users must report only true information. If the inspection staffs find that the information is not true, Electronics Extreme Co., Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the service in all cases.
